What is this product used for?
CTC1354S is for waters that have high silica and calcium scaling tendencies. CTC1354S is a treatment for open, recirculating cooling water systems that has been optimized for scale control. The product contains a combination of phosphonates, polymeric dispersants and azole specifically formulated to minimize scale, general deposition and corrosion under operating conditions prone to deposition including the potential for silicate deposition. This product residual can be monitored with a organophosphonate test kit.

My water has no silica scaling problems, which product should I select?
In most cases and for moderate water conditions, a standard all organic chemical will work fine if you have good city water. If your water is corrosive, highly corrosive, more prone to scaling or severely scaling water there are other products.
