LakeWood 1575e Cooling Tower Controller

What kind of cooling tower controller is this?
This is a Lakewood model 1575e. This cooling tower controller is used to monitor the water conductivity and bleed and feed the system from TWO water meter inputs and for two a drum input. This unit will automatically bleed the system based on a set feed point and feed the corrosion inhibitor chemical and biocide on a percentage of blow down, percentage of time, or based on a fixed time. This unit is easy to set up and program.

How is this unit installed?
This unit is installed on a side stream off the cooling tower main header going back to the cooling tower and returned to the header prior to the feedwater pump. CPVC piping works fine for installing this side stream.

What comes with this unit?
It come complete on a mounting board (as seen in the photo). Check out the blowdown motorized ball valves options.

For a feed and bleed system that only has 1 tower refer to LakeWood 140. This unit is less expensive and will do same for you.
