What is a Cooling Water Controller?
A LakeWood 140 Cooling Water Controller is used to monitor the water conductivity. This unit will automates the blowdown and feed of the corrosion and scale chemical and water treatment biocide.

What type of unit is this?
This is a LakeWood Model 140 water treatment controller. It cones with multiple inputs and is very easy setup. It comes complete as show in the photo with a flow switch and mounting bracket. This unit can feed directly from a water meter, percent time, or on a percent blowdown. Check out the blowdown motorized ball valves options.
